Woyane Crime in Ogaden: Warder Massacre 1994

by Adamu » Mon Feb 13, 2012 9:02 am

There were many massacres in the Ogaden by Woyane army, militias and security forces. On 22 February 1994, a cold-blood massacre took place in the town of Warder and more than 81 civilians (pastoral people) were killed by Woyane army, militias and security forces. In this dirty work, the Woyane army, militias and security forces tried to capture alive and kill some of the Ogaden leaders, including Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah Mah, who was addressing at that time a peaceful rally in the town. In 2009, the Woyane militias killed 42 traditional community leaders in Kabribayah, who were in a clan conflict resolution meeting with the local communities. Meles, Abay Tsehaye, Abdi-Iley, Daud and others are the key criminals in these massacres. Therefore, the international community, as well as ICC should support the victims and take the criminals to the court.

Woyane is the Ethiopian version Janjaweed, and when the time comes we will weed it out. The Somali people will have to take central stage to make this weeding out as a rehabilitation therapy. Just like we weeded out many of past regimes, we shall weed out the Woyane animals from Ethiopian cities and rural town grass.
